Tudor Watch Co., Geneva, ref. 7909 Tudor Oyster Prince 34, 17 jewels, automatic winding, cal. 390 gilt plate movement with lever escapement in a stainless steel case with twin lock crown and silvered, baton and arrow marker luminous dial, luminous alpha hands, serial #147489, 34mm, c1955.
CONDITION:
CASE: Dings and scratches; Plastic crystal. DIAL: Very good with minor dirt and toning. HANDS: Tip of hour hand missing. MOVEMENT PLATES: Minor marks and scratches; Winding wheel retaining clip an incorrect replacement; Very dirty; Case screws with rust. MOVEMENT FUNCTION: Ticks briefly, needs service.
